Who We Are

Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a global, non-profit youth leadership organization for young people aged 18 to 40. With members in more than 5,000 communities and over 100 countries, JCI develops leaders for a changing world by turning ideas into concrete actions that create positive change. Our members are active citizens – people who care about their communities and are willing to take responsibility. Through projects, trainings, and international events, JCI provides development opportunities in four main areas: individual growth, community impact, business & entrepreneurship, and international collaboration. Founded on the belief that “service to humanity is the best work of life,” JCI empowers young leaders to learn, lead, and create sustainable impact – locally, nationally, and around the world.
